John Karas, a long time Houstonian, started his real estate career in May of 2015 and has proven to be a results driven professional. Prior to joining the world of Real Estate, John spent over 20 years working as a marketing and communications professional with organizations such as Deloitte, Royal Dutch Shell, BMC Software, and ABC Television.
John grew up in Houston and graduated from Houston Baptist University with degrees in both Business Administration and Communications. His passion for Real Estate is fueled by his extensive knowledge of the city and his dedication to his clients' needs. John listens to their list of must haves, asks key questions, and then develops and delivers a custom approach to help them meet their goals. He goes the extra mile to collect relevant data to support his pricing strategies for buyers and sellers and keeps them informed every step of the way on the status of their transaction. One of his crowning achievements came when a client who bought a new home called one evening, months after moving in, to say, "I just pulled into my driveway after a very long day, and I can't believe I live in this beautiful house. Thank you for finding our home".
John's interests include travel, gourmet cooking and spending time with family.
